The Proggie (short for "programme" (I think!) ) is a 15-end mildly competitive outing on a Monday and Thursday at 1.30pm.

The two Proggies are separate events and are open to gents and ladies - although the ladies generally play in the Monday Proggie and the Gents generally play in the Thursday one.
